Hammer Properties NW manages over 500 rentals, most of them in the North Campus area of WWU, near Downtown Bellingham. While we specialize in college housing, we offer a diverse selection of properties. From single rooms for rent to eight-bedroom houses, there is something for everyone!

COVID has changed how business is conducted so we have switched to online platforms for everything from applying for rentals to signing leases. We want to keep everyone safe so in-person showings will be limited, and we will be updating pictures and walk-thru videos as often as possible. If you are not able to view a unit in person, we will do our best to provide people with reliable information and videos. We appreciate everyone’s patience as we navigate the new processes.

Pre-Leasing for Fall starts the first week of March so please check our Pre-Leasing page for more information about procedures and common questions.

EMERGENCIES: If you are a current tenant and have a maintenance emergency after-hours, such as loss of heat, loss of water, and flooding or significant leaking, please call our after-hours number at (360) 201-7780 to reach Austin in on-call maintenance.  We also ask that you submit a maintenance request and mark it URGENT.  This helps date stamp and track situations.
